Your Coaching Team

Lisa Gembitsky
Fitness and Nutrition Coach
Lisa has spent 27 years in the fitness industry, holds a black belt in martial arts, and has worked as a bodyguard to celebrities, so she knows a thing or two about strength and staying calm under pressure.
After building and running multiple businesses, and with plenty of encouragement from Juliet and the coaching team, she finally launched her passion project, bringing fitness and adventure together in one no nonsense approach. The goal is simple. Build women who are strong, capable, confident, and ready for adventure.
And yes, she fully admits she just wants to be Tomb Raider.

Juliet Adams
Mindset and Clarity Coach
Adventure does not start on a mountain or a trail. It starts in your head.

Juliet is based in Melbourne, Australia, where even the cutest wildlife has attitude and nature has a habit of keeping you on alert.
She is endlessly inspired by women who choose to explore, build strength, and reignite their sense of adventure, and she cannot wait to connect, swap stories, and head boldly into the unknown together.

Juliet guides Wild Her Way women through journalling and vision work designed to support fitness, confidence, and real-world adventure goals. By getting thoughts out of your head and onto the page, and turning ideas into clear visual direction, she helps women train with intention and move toward adventures they once thought were out of reach.
Her sessions are about clarity, commitment, and building a mindset that supports physical strength and courage. When you can see where you are going and understand why it matters to you, showing up for training and saying yes to adventure becomes a lot easier.

Sarah Braithwaite
Confidence and Resilience Coach
Sarah has spent years in rooms where women are holding everything together - businesses, families, expectations - while quietly questioning themselves in the background.
Her work focuses on mindset, confidence, and helping women make decisions from a place of clarity rather than overwhelm. It’s practical, honest, and deeply human.
The goal is simple: women who feel steady under pressure, confident in their choices, and comfortable taking up space.
She believes women should be the leading lady in their own lives.

Lacey Williams
Skillset Coach
Blending historical research, folklore, and creative process to reconnect mind, body, and place, I guide curiosity-driven journeys rooted in story, landscape, and lived experience.
With a background in historical anthropology, folklore, and cryptozoology, and deep engagement with narrative traditions, I help clients uncover the deeper meaning in their own adventures and everyday challenges.
My work centres on using story as a tool for reflection, resilience, and intentional movement through the world.
I believe that understanding where we come from - culturally, emotionally, and physically - enriches how we move forward with strength and curiosity.
Whether we’re exploring a trail, a personal goal, or a creative spark, I support women in connecting their inner landscapes with the external world around them.
My coaching is grounded in the belief that every journey becomes more powerful when it’s anchored in purpose, presence, and place.
